The work, recognised by the European Commission as a project of common interest, aims to guarantee the increased stability and reliability of the national electricity system, to improve the quality of the service and the efficiency of the grid, and to help reduce energy costs.
The first of the two meetings organised by Terna will take place on Tuesday 2 October in Codrongianos, from 11:00 to 20:00 in the Council Chamber of the Municipality. The second meeting will be held on Wednesday 3 October in Santa Teresa di Gallura, from 11:00 to 20:00 in the Council Chamber of the Municipality. Terna technicians will be on hand to provide information on the motivation, features, benefits and methods behind the project, as well as to answer any questions that participants may have.
These meetings are part of Terna’s strategy to encourage dialogue and discussion with the communities affected by the works, in order to ensure that as much information as possible is shared: in this regard, useful observations and recommendations can be made directly to the personnel present, or by sending an email to infoSACOI3@terna.it by 20 October 2018.
All the information and materials presented during the meetings will also be made available on Terna's website,www.terna.it, in the “Dialogue with Citizens” section.
