| Terna's dividend policy foresees a 4% annual growth in dividends, with 2008 as reference year, and semi-annual coupons, divided into interim dividend and final dividend. Furthermore, a part of the proceeds from the sale of the Brazilian subsidiary Terna Participações (equal to approximately 150 million euro) will be devoted to integrate the above- mentioned policy, over the next 4 years (2009-2012). The new dividend policy has been announced on November 10th, 2009 (press release) and confirmed during the presentation of the 2010-2014 Strategic Plan.
