In 2008, Terna’s training program, traditionally one of the company’s strong points in terms of offer, underwent a renovation process aimed at classifying and summarizing as well as expanding its training program with an eye to the development of soft and technical/professional skills. This process has been branded “Campus – Network Experiences”.
With the “Network Experiences” pay-off, Terna has wanted to highlight how the peculiarity of the renewed training offer is based on the implementation of a mutual exchange of information.
Employees with the greatest experience as planners/teachers within the Faculty Campus (about 200 managers, professionals, and experts in specific fields) ensure that Terna’s proprietary specialized know-how is kept, transferred and shared and, at the same time, that the sense of belonging to and integration within the company is fostered.
The Campus will also have a main office within the Marcigliana Power Station in Rome. Choosing to co-locate Campus within a power station highlights Terna’s efforts to promote a knowledge exchange in the business through the Campus project.
