Since 2007 Terna has been conducting a yearly survey on the organizational atmosphere at Terna (People Satisfaction) to show all resources that the Company cares and is willing to listen, thereby acquiring useful data to help direct our HR action plan.

The results of the survey confirm that Terna is a company where basic values are strongly shared and where there is an overall positive atmosphere with some areas that need improvement, such as internal communication, the role of managers in the management and development of the resources, etc. Since the first survey which registered very high levels of participation, much higher than those registered in companies where similar surveys were conducted, a short, medium and long-term action plan called “Terna People Care” has been created.This plan will help take action on areas needing improvement.
The Plan, which is updated on a yearly basis, has been almost completed and the improvement initiatives that were carried out have been welcomed by our employees so much so that a constantly growing improvement trend has been registered.
Some of the initiatives described in the boxes of this section are part of the “Terna People Care” plan of action and among these we find: the establishment of Campus and the Performance Management System.
