Our training initiatives for developing the human capital.


Terna’s training programs represent a corporate value, a privileged tool for developing human capital in line with the corporate mission, strategy and objectives.

A joint individual-corporate investment aimed at creating value for people – by increasing and enhancing employability – as well as creating value for the company – through their most motivated and qualified contribution. 

"Campus – Esperienze in Rete" is the branding of our 2008 training program.


The pay off "Esperienze in Rete", underlined the unique nature of our training program: implementing an efficient system for sharing knowledge.
 

The availability of the most expert human resources to carry out planning/professor functions within the Faculty Campus, ensures maintaining, transferring and sharing specialized know how “belonging” to Terna while also promoting the development of a sense of belonging and being integrated within a company.
The many collaboration projects with universities, business schools and more generally, with the external outstanding centers, open up to the necessary crossover of corporate knowledge with the external world.

Training initiatives are grouped into three macro theme areas: Education, Context & Business Model, Training.  


"Career paths" include actual short-medium-long term training programs that involve all theme areas. Dedicated career paths are envisaged for new graduates and individuals with diplomas hired as professionals, employees and workers.


Terna’s Masters programs for newly hired personnel, organized by the Faculty Terna, are one of the different components of the envisaged Career Paths. 
  
 

Context and Business Model
Campus - Context and Business Model The training area that groups initiatives aimed at providing knowledge regarding the internal/external business context, Terna operates in and at promoting the development of Corporate Identity. 

 
Education
Campus - Education The objectives and contents of the initiatives in this area are aimed at Managerial Development and Personal Development.

 
 
Training
Campus - Training Groups all the initiatives aimed at developing technical-professional skills and at acquiring global skills.

It is subdivided into standardized sections defined on the basis of the crossover between objectives, contents and professional belonging of the employee.
 
 
"Percorsi"
Campus - Career paths Training procedures that are established as short-medium or long term Career Paths dedicated to the different employee targets.
They are based on a mix of initiatives belonging to three macro theme contexts: Context & Business Model, Education, Training.
