Terna’s growth is possible thanks to human resources management; this has always focused mainly on the human and professional capital represented by people that are directly involved in creating value both internally and externally.
Terna devotes particular attention to managing the wealth of knowledge it possesses, an asset that it aims to preserve by enhancing it year after year and which represents one of the company’s principal elements of success.
The company continues to invest in developing its people: Terna firmly believes that it is important to give all its employees the possibility to grow. This is why it is essential to give periodic feedback to people and identify those that have the skills and expertise necessary in covering increasingly important roles and positions.
People must know their prospects. Based on this concept, in 2009, for example, resources assessment activity began, identified directly with the Heads of the departments and based on specific characteristics, with the objective of selecting key people and talents for company development.
