On this page you will find some information on the subject of selection and recruiting in the context of the Terna Group which answers questions of a general and practical nature.

We have tried to provide answers that are as succinct as possible. Further questions that could be added in this section in the future can be sent via e-mail to the address selezione@terna.it

  • It is the first time I have accessed the site. What do I have to do to send my CV?

    Go to the “Enter your CV” section and click on the button “Enter/Update CV”. After agreeing to personal data processing, you will be asked to enter your data and to choose a username and a password, fundamental for being able to then access your profile in the event of updated data.

  • How is the information uploaded?

    The system is set-up for entering the main useful information. At the end, it is possible also to upload your CV in pdf format. We can inform you that at the bottom of each page during compilation you will find two other buttons alongside the usual navigation guide buttons (Forward, Back): Cancel (to cancel the entry procedure) and Save (to interrupt the entry procedure temporarily). Cancellation of the entry procedure via the “Cancel” button will close the system. If you want to access it again you will have to repeat the sequence from the start. Using the “Save” button, instead, you can suspend the entry procedure temporarily and resume it within the next 30 days (after which the system will automatically cancel the data entered). We remind you that having saved the data entered on the single pages does not enable us yet to view the same: to do this you will have to complete the entire entry and click on the “Send” button.

  • How do I know that the entry has been successful?

    When you have finished, clicking on the “Send” button, the system will open a last page to report the successful completion of the CV entry process. At this point you can leave the system clicking on “Close Window”. You will later receive two automatic e-mail messages from the system:

    • the first to complete the activation of your account, necessary for any future accesses to update the data entered. The e-mail contains your credentials (login and password) and a link on which you have to click to complete the activation process. Conserve the e-mail for later use
    • the second, provides further confirmation that your candidature has been received by the Terna Selection Team.

    We remind you that having saved the data entered on the single pages does not enable us yet to view the same: to do this you will have to complete the entire entry and click on the “SEND” button.

    If you are identified as a potential candidate, for a search activated during the year, you will be contacted directly by the Terna Selection Team and invited to take part in the related selection process.

  • Will my CV be stored forever?

    It is advisable to come back to update your CV as soon as there is any change in the information in your professional profile, so as to guarantee that the candidature will always be up-to-date for searches in progress.

  • Are their fields that are more important to fill in when uploading my profile?

    It is important for all fields to be filled in as completely as possible so as to be more easily identified with respect to searches in progress. In this sense, we remind you in particular to enter your CV at the end of the process.

  • I can’t find any reference to open roles. Does this mean that there are no selections in progress?

    Terna has decided to set-up a continual process to assess candidatures received through the website. If you are identified as a potential candidate, for a search activated during the year, you will be contacted directly by the Terna Selection Team and invited to take part in the related selection process.

  • I’m already registered. How can I update my data?

    Accessing with your username and password using the button “Enter/update your CV” it will be possible to update all your data at any time. It is advisable to come back to update your CV as soon as there is any change in the information in your professional profile, so as to guarantee that the candidature will always be up-to-date for searches in progress.

    If instead you need to update only the personal details, you can make access more quickly through the button “Update personal data”.

  • I’ve just graduated and I have no work experience yet. Don’t I have to enter anything in the related information fields?

    It is important for all fields to be filled in as completely as possible so as to be more easily identified with respect to searches in progress. Even experience of traineeships, internships or seasonal work can be important elements for assessment at the selection stage. We therefore invite you to enter them when uploading your profile. We remind you in particular to enter your curriculum vitae at the end of the process.
