The average age of the directors is significantly lower than other listed Italian companies. Furthermore, there are four women on the board, bringing the female presence above legislative requirements regarding gender balance.
Three out of nine directors have been selected from the list presented by the investment company and other institutional investors, ensuring a greater representation of minority stakeholders compared to other listed Italian companies.
Seven directors out of nine declared that they were in possession of the independence requirements established by law (IT consolidated law on finance) and the bylaws, and six out of nine (the same directors, with the exception of Catia Bastioli) declared that they were in possession of the independence requirements specified by the Governance Code for listed companies.
There is a suitable mix of skills, all of a high level, with the majority of directors having sector-specific experience.
