HOW DO WE IMPLEMENT OUR MATERIALITY ANALYSIS?

Since 2024, we have updated the materiality analysis process in line with the Double Materiality principle to fully comply with the requirements of the new “Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive” (CSRD) introduced by Legislative Decree 125/2024. The Double Materiality analysis was conducted following the guidelines published by EFRAG (European Financial Reporting Advisory Group), the European reference body on sustainability reporting issues, and according to the provisions established by the “European Sustainability Reporting Standards” (ESRS).

While maintaining consistency with the approach adopted in previous years, the process has been updated both methodologically and in terms of content. The experience gained by the Group in previous analyses has allowed us to strengthen the quality of the assessment, with the aim of providing an increasingly complete, transparent, and up-to-date representation of the impacts, risks, and opportunities (IRO) relevant to our business and our stakeholders.
